Industrial Facilities Maintenance Tech III Job Description
Maintain, install, and repair facility and automation equipment within the Dream Fulfillment Center (DFC) with a focus on complex work assignments, while overseeing junior technicians' complex work assignments.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance and repairs to powered industrial equipment and conveyor systems, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures such as lockout/tagout.
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on building equipment, including air compressors, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Inspect the work performed by the Maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and promptly, reprioritizing efforts as needed.
- Communicate regularly with Facilities Manager and Operations leaders/team members regarding the status of repair work and its impact on operations.
- Ensure clear shift handoffs and facilitate smooth transitions of work to the next shift.
- Lead and perform project work to support warehouse daily operations, including coordinating the work of others.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with third-party vendors.
- Train maintenance team members as needed.
- Experience in facility and industrial maintenance, including preventive maintenance, PLC, VFDs, electrical, HVAC, and boilers.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting, and facilities maintenance.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, installation, and repair.
- Familiarity with EPA regulations and building maintenance.
- Experience with conveyor systems, HVAC systems, and electrical maintenance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with forklifts, Siemens systems, CMM, carpentry, motors, and wiring.

Work EnvironmentWork in a climate-controlled environment with a schedule from 3 pm to 11 pm.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
