Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Arlington, TX, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Mitigation Technician will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, assessing damage caused by water, fire, or mold, and implementing effective restoration and mitigation processes. Day-to-day tasks involve setting up and operating equipment, documenting project progress, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service to property owners during a challenging time.

The role requires adherence to safety standards and the ability to collaborate with team members and building professionals.

Qualifications
  • Experience in water, fire, and mold mitigation procedures and restoration techniques.
  • Strong understanding of using mitigation tools, cleaning equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Ability to maintain detailed documentation and follow project timelines efficiently.
  • Physical stamina and capability to handle heavy equipment and labor-intensive tasks.
  • Availability for on-call work, including weekends and emergencies.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for travel to job sites.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; IICRC or other industry certifications are a plus.
