We’re seeking a Bench Repair Technician who is hands‑on, technically minded, and passionate about solving problems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing in‑house repairs and calibrations on a variety of Atlas Copco tools, directly impacting customer satisfaction and service excellence. It’s an ideal position for someone who enjoys dismantling equipment, diagnosing issues, and ensuring precision in every repair.

• Promptly create repair quotes based on customer requirements and requests
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance and reliability
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues, thoroughly documenting findings
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools, ensuring full functionality after service
• Order and track parts needed to complete repairs in a timely manner
• Communicate directly with customers to gather details and provide status updates

The pay for this position is $23.00/hr plus a full benefits package, and the schedule is Monday‑Friday 5am‑1:30pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed. This role offers an on‑site schedule based out of our Arlington, TX facility.

• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
• Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality, precise work
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve
• High school diploma or GED
