Title Water Softener Technician

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Plumbing Installer with a background in water softener and water treatment systems

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties, with a specialized focus on water treatment solutions. This position requires a strong technical understanding of both traditional plumbing systems and modern water filtration and purification technologies.

What You Will Do?

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve plumbing problems
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
• Specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems such as water softeners, filtration units, and reverse osmosis systems
• Provide recommendations for water treatment solutions based on customer needs and water quality analysis
• Work and maintain a relationship with customers to determine the best solution
• Repair and/or replace plumbing, drains, and fixtures
• Charge and collect payments for work performed
• Document and log job in Service Titan (including pictures and description of work performed)
• Maintain service vehicle and present a clean appearance

What You Need:

• A licensed Tradesman or higher (preferred)
• To be technically proficient with a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a service plumber
• To have water softener or treatment experience
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Must pass a motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen
• Good communication and listening skills
• Sewer and drain cleaning experience
  
  Experience working with automatic faucets and flush valves
• Service Titan knowledge a plus
• Customer-oriented; works well with customers
• Open to learning new techniques and working with new plumbing technologies
