This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

As our HVAC Installation Team Helper, you’ll load tools and materials, head to job sites, and work alongside skilled installers. You’ll assist with removing old systems, cutting and sealing ductwork, and keeping the site safe and organized. Every day brings hands‑on tasks, teamwork, and the satisfaction of seeing a job well done.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs
• Basic hand and power tool knowledge (training provided)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, and dusty or confined spaces

A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and HVAC experience or trade school training are preferred.
