Drains Service Technician

Full Time – Dallas‑Fort Worth – 4‑5 work‑day schedule.

• Serve and provide solutions on residential drain and sewer service calls.
• Diagnose drain and sewer issues and offer customer options for cleaning, repairs, or replacements.
• Identify opportunities for foundation & slab leak solutions and additional services for homeowners.
• Communicate effectively: educate the customer on completed work, answer questions, and provide options and recommendations.
• Own the relationship: build trust, follow‑up, and convert opportunities.
• Serve gladly: keep the customer informed of the work, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished.
• Work dependably: maintain a clean, well‑maintained company vehicle and inventory for maximum efficiency.

• 2+ years of residential plumbing and drains or similar experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and customer service capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform all drain and sewer cleaning services.
• Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more regularly; repeatably lift weights of 40‑50 pounds on raised surfaces.
