GO is seeking a dedicated Licensed Plumber to join our team in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. This full‑time position will serve our residential customers with plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls, providing top‑quality service and building lasting relationships.

• Respond to residential plumbing and drain service calls.
• Diagnose plumbing, drain, and sewer issues; recommend appropriate solutions.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and upsell to homeowners.
• Educate customers on the work performed, answer questions, and provide options and recommendations.
• Build trust with customers by following up and converting opportunities.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, well‑maintained, and stocked with required tools and inventory.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to continually improve skills and technical abilities.

• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing and drain experience.
• Valid TEXAS driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Valid TEXAS plumbing license.
• Strong teamwork skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform all plumbing services.
• Physical capability to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on a regular basis, and lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces repeatedly.
