pAs a Regional Vice President, you will lead high-level sales efforts to build and grow a substantial portfolio of enterprise customers across the United States, with strategic cross-border opportunities in Mexico. This role is responsible for landing new customers and expanding existing accounts while selling the companys full logistics portfolio, including brokerage, assets, and warehousing solutions./p

Essential Duties and Responsibilities /strong/p

li Target and close new enterprise-level customers./li
liGrow and maintain a large book of business./li
liSell brokeragestrong /strongwhile leveraging assets and warehousing solutions./li
li Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, and account management./li
liOwn the sales process from prospecting to close./li
li Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate forecasts./li
liWork closely with a dedicated Account Manager supporting your book of business./li
liBe ready to take on complicated logistics challenges, be creative with industry knowledge, and deliver creative outcomes for all types of shipping challenges in todays environment./li

Required Qualifications /strong/p

li3-5 years of high-level brokerage sales experience./li
li Proven success managing and growing enterprise accounts./li
li Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills./li
li Highly organized, self-motivated, and process-driven./li
li Ability to work across teams, including partnering with existing sales base, pricing, and operations. You really need to be a team player for this role./li
li Proven track record with selling and developing transportation services to a variety of customers in different industries./li
li Strong knowledge of the sales cycle from original negotiations to contracting and implementation./li
li Genuine passion for selling and being part of a winning team./li
li Remote, but willing to travel as needed/li
