Channel Sales Business Development Manager
Full‑time, on‑site role located in DFW or the San Antonio / Austin area.
Role DescriptionThe Channel Manager will work closely with channel partners to drive collaboration and maximize sales opportunities. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, implementing sales strategies, supporting channel sales, and leading efforts to achieve revenue goals. The Channel Manager will also provide excellent customer service, resolve partner concerns, and manage communication with stakeholders on a day‑to‑day basis. The ideal candidate has a strong network of Employee Benefit Brokers, PEO Brokers, CPAs, Financial Advisors, or other like‑minded referring partners.
Qualifications- Expertise in Channel Sales and Channel Partnership business development
- Strong sales abilities and a track record of success
- Excellent customer‑service skills to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Proficient in creating and executing strategies to achieve sales growth
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders
- Proven experience in a sales or channel management role is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in the PEO/HCM space
- Must have the ability to travel 20–25% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
