Field Sales Representative

Base pay range: $50,000 – $150,000 per year.

We gather potential clients and handle all stages of the sale, from identifying roofing damages through to contract signing.

• Follow up on provided leads
• Lead generation and community networking
• Update CRM databases and maintain a sales call log
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Conduct thorough inspections and accurately identify damages
• Develop estimates and present recommendations to the customer
• Work with customers to sign contracts and turn them in for production
• Collect payments from customers and ensure an efficient and smooth sales process
• Hit minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred
• Construction industry experience is required
• Previous sales experience is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
