This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. They will conduct market research, identify client needs, provide solutions, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through various channels such as networking, inbound leads, and prospecting activities.
Qualifications- Strong sales skills including prospecting, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Excellent relationship-building and client engagement abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to potentially influence stakeholders
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in CRM software and related tools is a plus
- Experience or familiarity with the building maintenance or services industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
