Role Overview

Sales Coordinator – Your role will be essential to the growing Sales Team, ensuring efficient processes and providing critical support that directly impacts our mission to foster safer, more positive workplaces nationwide. This is an in‑office position with regular hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee and maintain the performance and efficiency of the Sales Team by managing workflows, tracking activities, and organizing key materials in Hub Spot.
  • Create and distribute proposals, presentations, ROI documents, and agreements to support the sales process and drive business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to establish relationships, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Track sales team activities in Hub Spot, updating contacts, leads, deal flow, and key metrics to keep sales data accurate and actionable.
  • Monitor and report monthly sales performance, including progress toward goals, to executive leadership.
  • Schedule and prepare for sales meetings by creating agendas, compiling data, and ensuring all necessary resources are ready.
  • Support business development by promptly handling inbound leads, client inquiries, and follow‑ups to strengthen client relationships.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of sales materials, tools, and data to support seamless sales operations.
  • Act as the liaison between the Sales Team and Marketing Team, ensuring alignment on marketing needs and coordinating collateral requests.
  • Attend client meetings, both virtually and on‑site, assisting the sales team with presentations and other essential tasks.
  • Prepare tailored materials for client interactions, including custom reports, calendars, and meeting agendas.
  • Work on additional projects to advance the Sales Team’s objectives, including developing new tools or refining existing processes.
  • Take on other miscellaneous duties as assigned to contribute to the team’s success and company goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:

    3‑6 years in a sales coordinator or account management role, with proven organizational and client‑facing skills.
  • Education:

    A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred) and advanced computer literacy, including the Google suite and Mac systems.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and the ability to self‑check work is a must.
  • Communication:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Collaboration:

    A team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Adaptability:
    The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with competing demands.
  • Travel:
    Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for sales events or company initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is up to $80,000, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and organizational performance and goal attainment.
