LAB is seeking a B2B Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across multiple industries (Healthcare, Industrial, Hospitality). This role owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close—partnering with internal teams to deliver solutions that solve real customer problems. Success requires strong consultative selling, pipeline discipline, and the ability to tailor messaging to different industries and buyer personas.
- Achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Own your opportunities (from first interaction through negotiations and to closing) and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and/or accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand landscapes and trends.
- Assist with industry‑related events such as trade shows and exhibits.
- Develop and maintain an active account list inclusive of target accounts, prospects, and active customers.
- Research new opportunities built on understanding of competitive landscape.
- Attend and participate in weekly internal sales and operations meetings.
- Create quotes, opportunities on our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Work with the Marketing Team on engaging content and drip campaigns to drive new and repeat business.
- 3+ years of sales experience is a must.
- Tech Savvy.
- Self‑starter, creative thinker, problem solver.
- Ability to thrive in opportunistic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, Salesforce.
