Senior Sales Executive – Full-Service Property Renovations (Multifamily)

  • Hunt & Build: Start from scratch and own your pipeline. We’ll provide a top 200 owner list, but it’s your relationships and hustle that will drive results.

  • Mix of New & Key Accounts: Start by hunting, evolve into managing long-term, high-value relationships.

Day-to-Day

  • Prospect and network aggressively; attend industry events and build new relationships.
  • Sell full-service multifamily renovations: interiors, exteriors, painting, roofing, amenities.
  • Manage a sales cycle averaging 30–60 days; some larger projects may take months.
  • Collaborate with project managers to solve field challenges and deliver client satisfaction.
  • Balance establishing new business with nurturing key accounts.

You’ll Be a Fit If You

  • Have 3+ years of sales experience (construction/renovation is a big plus).
  • Bring existing relationships with property ownership groups — or can build them fast.
  • Are scrappy, self-motivated, and love hunting.
  • Can manage long-term relationships instead of just transactional deals.
  • Have a proven track record of sales wins, quota smashing, and accolades.
