Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated new business sales professional to join the team. You may already be in a closing role or looking to take the next step in your career. Working alongside a world‑class team of marketing, pre‑sales, and professional services professionals, you’ll carry your own quota and close your own business. Think you are up to the challenge?

Primary

Responsibilities
  • Outbound prospecting – developing and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities, working with both marketing supplied leads and self‑generated opportunities
  • Qualification – building strong relationships within the target customer to identify their operational and business needs
  • Close – managing contract negotiation and finalization with support from legal and finance teams within the established process and approvals
  • Accurate and timely management of our CRM ()
  • Managing internal resources to complete customer analysis, presentations, and proposals
  • Expectation to hit quarterly and annual targets
Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • You will teach prospective and existing clients the benefits of Trintech products and services, detailing our business model and value proposition
  • Establish relationships with prospects and current customers by demonstrating in‑depth institutional knowledge, understanding their specific business needs, and presenting an appropriate mix of our products and solutions
  • Customize territory and account plans
  • Pursue, negotiate, and close opportunities, leading senior executives through a consultative sales approach
  • Work with our client success team and partners to deliver specific solutions for customer needs
  • Experience with corporate accounting, finance process and compliance controls would be advantageous, but is not an absolute requirement.
