Retail Team Member Sales – PT

• Salary: $14.82 per hour
• Work Hours: Part‑Time, 28 hours per week, varying days and hours, 2 days off per week. Store open 7 days a week, 8 AM – 7 PM.

• Manage POS, credit card terminal, and cash accurately; answer telephones.
• Provide excellent customer service: greet customers within seconds of arrival; assist customers on the sales floor to select and locate merchandise.
• Assist with maintenance of hangers and sizing of textiles; return empty racks and carts to production area; restock depleted merchandise.
• Maintain overall appearance of the sales floor; perform cleaning functions throughout the store.
• Other duties as requested.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a work or educational setting demonstrating positive interaction with the public or team.
• Preferred: 1 year customer service experience dealing with the public.
• Basic math proficiency, reading and writing skills; ability to operate POS and related computerized equipment.
• Capable of meeting quotas and making pricing decisions based on product quality.
• Clear communication with customers and associates.

Physical stamina needed to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Walking, standing for prolonged periods, stooping, reaching (up to 6 ft. using a ladder if needed), and pulling, pushing, lifting 50 lbs.; heavier lifting may be required with assistance; sufficient mobility across facility.

Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements; pass background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
