• Lead, motivate, and support Retail Cashiers
• Open and close retail locations as directed
• Train new Retail Cashiers on POS, merchandising standards, and customer engagement
• Assist retail management with the creation and maintenance of daily procedures and operations
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Regularly evaluate and maintain visual merchandising standards

• 1-3 years of retail experience; prior leadership or key-holder experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to coach and motivate team members
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexible availability;
  Must be able to work game days and events

• Long-term standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds
