• Support the Store Manager in all operational aspects and drive the success of the store.
• Engage customers on the sales floor, building genuine connections that exceed expectations.
• Meet and surpass individual and store sales goals while driving KPIs.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real‑time feedback to achieve KPI targets.
• Build loyal fans through authentic engagement beyond transactions.
• Recruit and develop talent for sales associates and leads.
• Maintain merchandising, retail operations, and a smooth on‑brand experience.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑performance retail environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a caring approach.
• Excellent business and analytical acumen, delivering positive results.
• Strong time‑management and delegation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Minimum age 18 and eligible to work in the USA.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
