As a Utilities Clerk, you will maintain store cleanliness, support the produce department, assist customers on the store floor, and perform various support tasks such as bagging groceries, running price checks, and handling cart logistics.

• Properly bag groceries for customers and assist with carrying groceries when requested.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by retrieving carts, running price checks, assisting with go-backs, checking stand upkeep, and removing waste from parking areas.
• Assist customers on the store floor as needed.
• Follow store procedures for safety, quality, and customer service.

• Read and write Spanish/English; interact with general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills;
  Retail Management Certificate is an asset.
