We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate (15-20 hrs per week) with a passion for nature to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, ability to provide excellent customer service, a desire to learn, and a team-player mentality.

Deliver outstanding customer service:
Greet and assist customers, and provide expert advice on bird feeding, birdwatching, and nature-related products.

Will assist in backroom stocking, taking inventory, jugging seed, and maintaining cleanliness of the front and back.

Will assist in e-commerce shipping.

Will deliver high-energy customer service.

Seeking a backyard bird feeding hobbyist or someone who has an Interest in backyard bird feeding or nature lover.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 20-50 lbs. repeatedly.

Must have ability to work in a fast-paced setting and spend extended periods on your feet,

Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will include opening, closing, weekend shifts, and working during busy holiday periods and sales,

Previous experience with sales and customer service is highly preferred; or must be willing, able and trainable to do such; we are not looking for cashiers, we are seeking sales associates.

Must be comfortable with computers/technology, and able to use a computer-based POS system (training provided).

Must be drama free.
