Retail Store Manager – Up to $25/hr + Monthly Bonus!

Full‑time, 45+ hours/week

We are seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience (retail/sales is a plus). The Store Manager will be accountable for day‑to‑day operations, promote a positive and productive environment, coach and develop store employees, recruit and retain top talent, maximize financial goals, manage customer relations, and uphold the company’s asset protection program. The role also involves using internal and external marketing tools to attract new customers and present a wide variety of merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms, and more.
Responsibilities- Create a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers and addressing issues promptly.
- Train and develop staff to meet First Cash standards.
- Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, count cash drawers and merchandise, and ensure all procedures protect assets.
- Maintain asset protection through inventory control and property safety procedures.
- Administer store processes including inventory, loan management, merchandising, presentation, systems, and reporting.
- Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with First Cash standards.
- Monitor loan qualification and buying processes.
- Complete assigned training and tasks for self‑development.
- Communicate clearly with employees about mission and profit objectives.
- Keep up‑to‑date on product knowledge.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willing and able to perform tasks for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Demonstrated supervisory ability.
- Knowledge of firearms and ability to obtain certification.
- Ability to assist customers outside the store and retrieve products from external storage.
- Minimum age: 18.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Flexibility to work multiple locations and a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Work 45+ hours per week (not guaranteed).
- Computer literate with POS systems and office machines.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, analytical, and cash‑handling skills.
- Independent worker with minimal supervision.
- Excellent work ethic and strong business sense.
Commission Plan Information
The commission incentive plan is proprietary to First Cash. Store Managers receive commission based on the store’s monthly gross profit. Details are provided during the interview process.
