Schedule & Pay

We're hiring for both full-time and part-time availability.

Full-Time Pay: $12-$14/hour (based on experience and availability)

* Averages 35-40+ hours per week, Saturday availability required.

* Full-time team members qualify for benefits upon eligibility and receive consistent scheduling.

Part-Time Pay: $10-$13.50/hour (based on experience and availability)

* Averages 18-30 hours per week, flexible scheduling, Saturday availability required.

* Pay can increase over time based on performance, reliability, and length of service.

Your Role

* Welcome guests warmly and take orders efficiently at the counter, in the dining room, or drive-thru

* Provide excellent service and create positive guest experiences

* Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas

* Learn and uphold Chick-fil-A's service and hospitality standards

What We're Looking For

* 16 years or older

* Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented

* Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

* Comfortable working in various weather conditions (e.g., drive-thru, dining room, outdoors)

* Authorized to work in the U.S. All new hires must complete federal employment eligibility paperwork (Form I-9) and present documents verifying identity and work authorization.

* Willing to obtain a Food Handler Certificate (instructions provided after hire; est. cost $10)

* Willing to wear or purchase non-slip, oil-resistant shoes (can be purchased after hire)

* Available Saturdays. Flexibility required, including availability to close.

* Able to work during the holiday season, including the days before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

* Flexible during training. Training may last 2-4 weeks and include fewer hours.

* Willing to submit to a background check, if required

Grooming & Appearance Policy

* Earrings: up to three plain studs per ear; one plain nose stud allowed

* Hair: neat, pulled back, natural colors only

* Facial hair: trimmed, maximum ½ inch

* Nails: short, no acrylic or press-on

* Nail polish: one solid color, no designs

* Tattoos: not visible on face, neck, or behind ears; visible tattoos must not be offensive

* False eyelashes: permitted at Operator's discretion
