The opportunity
Delaware North Sport service is hiring seasonal Alcohol Compliance Team Members to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. As an Alcohol Compliance Team Member, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison for the Human Resources department regarding alcohol service and serving as an expert on policies to help ensure that all team members are serving alcohol responsibly.

$15.00 – $15.00 / hour

- Assist with training and communicating alcohol service policies to associates including Bartenders and Concessions Workers
- Monitor staff to ensure that all alcohol service policies are being followed; address and report any deviations to management
- Discuss alcohol service policies with staff to correct violations
- Assist staff with completing alcohol incident reports when necessary
- Assist with alcohol service cutoff as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous experience with alcohol sales and service preferred
- Ability to be assertive and provide corrective coaching to others
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
- May be exposed to crowded areas and varying noise levels
