Role Overview: The Server provides friendly, timely, and accurate customer service, increasing sales through repeat business and upselling. Responsibilities include delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, processing payments, and adhering to safety and sanitation policies.

Key Duties:

• Deliver outstanding hospitality and service
• Take and process orders accurately
• Accept and handle payments following policies
• Complete opening, shift, and closing duties
• Upsell food and liquor options when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Stock and maintain server stations
• Provide support to team members as needed
• Report safety issues immediately
• Maintain valid food and alcohol certifications
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Communicate non-routine situations to management

Qualifications:

• High energy, motivated, customer-focused
• Organized and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of menu and signature beverages
• Respectful and professional demeanor
• Ability to recognize signs of intoxication and address them
• Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs
• Constant walking, standing, stooping, reaching
• Manual dexterity
