About Us:
The Bistro Attendant is essential for creating great guest experiences through excellent service, warmth, and efficiency. This role requires top-notch customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a busy hospitality environment.
KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Service & Communication: Welcome and assist guests warmly and efficiently, offer menu recommendations, and clarify guest questions. Take orders accurately.
- Food & Beverage Operations: Maintain a well-stocked buffet and process guest orders using our POS system.
- Cash Handling & Financial Accuracy: Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Efficiency & Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and hotel teams for smooth service. Perform opening and closing duties, attend meetings, and follow hotel policies and safety standards.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Comfortable with financial calculations related to billing and transactions.
