Overview

DFW’s Finest Real Estate Group is a relationship-driven residential team serving buyers and sellers across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with a focus on stability, clarity, and consistent systems that make real estate a sustainable full-time career. We combine high-touch client care with proven marketing, technology, and coaching so our agents can stop riding the income roller coaster and start building a predictable business.

Who

This Role Is For

We are looking for licensed Texas REALTORS who want to be part of a small, highly engaged team. Not just a place to hang a license and “figure it out.” The ideal agent:

  • Wants a stable, long-term real estate career (not a side hustle).
  • Appreciates structure, checklists, scripts, and proven playbooks, but is coachable and open to feedback.
  • Is customer focused, values integrity, and cares about clients as people, not transactions.
  • Can follow a daily plan and show up consistently even when motivation dips.
  • Enjoys collaboration, sharing wins, and learning in a supportive, female-led environment.

If you are tired of feeling isolated at your brokerage and want clear guidance, accountability, and community, this is built for you.

What You’ll Do

You will focus on serving buyers and sellers while plugging into our existing systems, marketing, and coaching:

  • Work active leads from our multiple buyer and seller lead sources and clients from your own sphere.
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations, and follow up daily using our CRM workflows.
  • Show homes, write and negotiate contracts, and guide clients from first conversation through closing with high communication and care.
  • Follow our listing and buyer playbooks: pre-appointment prep, presentations, follow-up, under contract, and post-close touch plans.
  • Attend weekly team meetings, script/practice sessions, and 1:1 check-ins focused on your pipeline, skills, and income goals.
  • Use team-provided tools and help from our in-house marketing and social media specialist’s support to promote your listings and personal brand.
  • Track your numbers (appointments, agreements, under contract, closed) so we can help you adjust quickly and avoid feast-or-famine months.
What We Provide

Our value to you is turning hard work into a predictable, joyful business:

  • Leads and opportunities: A mix of team-generated leads from Google PPC, Youtube, Homelight, My Agent Finder , Upnest, sign calls, repeat and referral opportunities, plus strategies to grow your own database.
  • Clear systems and tools:
Proven checklists, CRM workflows, templates, and marketing support so you never have to “wing it” alone.
  • Hands-on coaching:
Coaching with Tom Ferry and direct mentorship from a team leader who understands how to create stability, clarity, and consistency in a real estate career.
  • Marketing engine:
Professional listing marketing, social media assets, open house support, and branded materials done with you, not dumped on you.
  • Collaborative culture:
Small-team environment, open communication, and a focus on growth and building your own brand.

This is an independent contractor role with commission-based income, but our systems and support are designed to help you reach sustainable, bill-paying consistency faster than going it alone.

Requirements
  • Active Texas real estate license (or currently in final stages of obtaining it).
  • Full-time commitment to real estate (or a clear plan and runway to move to full-time quickly).
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in and around Arlington and the broader DFW area.
  • Willingness to follow a schedule, attend team meetings, and be held accountable to your goals.
  • Comfortable using technology (CRM, email, digital signatures, basic social media) and open to learning new tools.
How to Apply

To be considered, please send:

  • Your resume or Linked In profile link.
  • A brief note sharing why you want a long-term real estate career and what stability would mean for you.
  • Your approximate transactions closed (or, for newer agents, your current stage and what support you feel you are missing).

You can apply directly through Linked In or email your information to be scheduled for an introductory conversation.
