Part Time Quality Control Researcher

• Complete quality control clone determinations on flood research
• Locate commercial and residential properties on FEMA flood maps and determine the correct flood information for improvements on those properties

DETAILED JOB DUTIES

• Researching duplicate orders of previously completed flood zone determinations to check for accuracy in the original determination information and completion process.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information used in completing flood zone determinations.
• Adhere to expected production based on weekly caseload.
• Occasionally research flood or location information for other projects.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some college preferred.
• Strong map reading and comprehension skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft software products, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
