As a Part Time Valet Trash Foreman, you will help maintain our commitment to excellence in valet doorstep trash collection. You will work closely with the local supervisor to ensure pickups within your assigned territory are completed to the highest standard. When team members are unavailable, you will lead nightly trash pickups at apartment properties. You will also conduct walk-throughs of properties with service issues to uphold quality control and perform courtesy check-ins with onsite team members to foster a culture of service excellence.

Your leadership and attention to detail will help operations run smoothly and positively impact the communities we serve.

To be successful, candidates should possess essential skills and attributes. You should be self-motivated and reliable, able to work independently during shifts. Physical capability is important, as the role requires lifting up to 50 lb. A valid pickup truck is necessary, and mileage reimbursement is provided. Familiarity with smartphone technology is essential for using the company app for timekeeping and tracking collections.

While no prior experience is required, the ability to learn quickly and adapt is key, and paid training will prepare you for the role.
