** Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
** to join our skilled nursing team. The LVN will provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care while maintaining professional standards and supporting interdisciplinary care planning.###

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent communication and customer service to residents, families, and care team members
* Maintain an acceptable standard of nursing practice and professional conduct at all times
* Accurately chart nursing notes in a clear, informative, and descriptive manner that reflects care provided and resident response
* Provide resident care by carrying out physician orders, including medication administration and treatments
* Perform all treatments in a manner that protects resident dignity, privacy, and self-respect
* Observe, assess, and document wounds and pressure injuries; promptly notify physicians of delayed healing, deterioration, or signs of infection
* Ensure appropriate wound care interventions are included in care plans, including but not limited to special mattresses, positioning, and nutritional supplements
* Assist with the preparation, review, and updating of care plans related to treatment and clinical needs
* Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards### Qualifications
* Current
** Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
** license* Minimum
** 1 year of treatment (TX) experience
** preferred* Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
