Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington has a great opportunity for full-time day and night shift Registered Nurses. We are seeking individuals who are committed to improving our patient's lives by using a patient centered, collaborative approach to providing high quality of care.

• Providing quality and excellent nursing care to assigned behavioral health children and adolescents.
• Regularly assess, plan, implement and evaluate each resident's care and produce a comprehensive nursing assessment care and current nursing care plan.
• Develops measurable goals on the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Plan that are mutually set with the treatment team, and resident.
• Complete daily progress notes for assigned residents.
• Provides a safe, therapeutic environment that protects resident's rights.
• Maintains professional relationship with patients, family members and the staff of the facility.

Qualified candidates for Registered Nurse should have the following :

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas or eligible compact license.
• Behavioral hospital experience strongly preferred.
• Must be BLS certified.
• Must complete Handle with Care training during hospital orientation.
• Must be available to attend a full week of hospital orientation and department training that follows.

Full-Time 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am
