Staff Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Full‑Time Nights)

Medical City Arlington in Arlington, Texas is hiring a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver professional nursing care in our Labor and Delivery unit. The role includes patient assessment, medication administration, patient & family education, and supervision of nursing personnel or students.

Pay range
: $25.55/hr – $47.88/hr (based on skills and experience).
Sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 may be available.

Nights (rotating weekends)

• Manage efficient flow of patients, including screening and preparation for examination.
• Instruct patients and families about medications and treatment instructions.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Perform assessment and acuity assignment; follow standard of care utilizing the Nursing Process.
• Maintain accountability for professional decisions and actions; may supervise other nursing personnel and/or students.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse from Texas Board of Nursing (compact license accepted).
• BLS – Healthcare Provider certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery acute care experience (2+ years preferred).
• High‑acuity L&D experience is a plus.
