Join a high-performing Dallas-Fort Worth real estate team where you'll blend artistic vision with systematic execution, turning listings into compelling stories and building a brand that stands out.
ABOUTTHE ROLE
This isn't a typical marketing role. You'll need BOTH sides of your brain: the left side to build systems, manage projects, and track metrics, and the right side to craft beautiful designs, write compelling copy, and dream up creative campaigns.
You’ll own the creative execution and strategic planning for our listings, social media, email marketing, and brand content. Every day you’ll balance artistry (designing stunning listing materials, writing engaging posts) with organization (managing timelines in Asana, tracking performance, optimizing workflows).
This is an IN‑OFFICE position in the Arlington area where you’ll collaborate closely with our team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO CREATIVE WORK (The Fun Stuff)- Design eye-catching listing flyers, booklets, and social graphics in Canva
- Write compelling copy for listings, emails, blog posts, and social media
- Craft engaging stories for every property from pre‑launch to just sold
- Create branded templates and visual assets that make our team memorable
- Conceptualize creative campaigns for listings, open houses, and brand awareness
- Bring fresh ideas for content angles, design trends, and marketing strategies
- Manage all marketing projects in Asana with clear timelines and checklists
- Maintain a 30‑day content calendar across all platforms
- Track and update listing marketing from pre‑launch through closing
- Build SOPs and templates for repeatable workflows
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and vendors on schedules
- Monitor deadlines and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Publish daily blog posts by expanding our Linked In content using AI (600‑1,200 words)
- Write one AI‑search‑optimized "about our team" blog post weekly
- Structure content so AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity) can surface our team
- Repurpose every blog into social posts, emails, and video scripts
- Design and send weekly/bi‑weekly email campaigns via Flodesk
- Write subject lines and CTAs that drive opens and clicks
- Segment campaigns by past clients, leads, and farm areas
- Turn every listing and blog into a polished database email
- Create scroll‑stopping posts for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and You Tube
- Schedule content and respond to comments/DMs promptly
- Engage with local accounts and build community presence
- Balance promotional content with educational and lifestyle posts
- Use ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini daily for drafting and research
- Build a prompt library for recurring tasks
- Stay curious about new AI tools and find creative ways to use them
- Report weekly on traffic, leads, email performance, and social growth
- Identify what's working and recommend strategic pivots
- Test subject lines, post formats, and content themes
- Continuously improve conversion rates and engagement
- You have a natural eye for design and composition
- You can write engaging, personality‑filled copy that doesn't sound robotic
- You love brainstorming fresh ideas and unique angles for content
- You get excited about visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
- You're always noticing great design, clever copy, or innovative marketing
- You thrive on checklists, systems, and clear processes
- You can juggle multiple projects without dropping balls
- You're proactive about deadlines and never need reminders
- You love project management tools and staying ahead of schedule
- You get satisfaction from crossing tasks off and seeing progress
- 2+ years of marketing, social media, or content creation experience
- Portfolio showing design work, social content, or marketing campaigns
