Product & Marketing Manager

• Be our Product Expert & Trainer
  , supporting sales teams, reps, installers, and partners
• Plan and manage trade show participation from start to finish
• Conduct market and competitive research and share insights with leadership
• Organize and help develop AIA presentations and architectural outreach programs
• Coordinate plant visits and site tours for installers, designers, and architects
• Capture and organize photos and videos of installations and finished projects
• Plan and support rep events and customer-facing marketing initiatives
• Execute mailing campaigns and manage marketing materials
• Send mass text communications to support sales and marketing efforts
• Monitor and respond to social media inquiries in a timely, professional manner

• 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a blended role
• Experience in manufacturing, architectural products, construction, or building materials preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
• Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
