Henry Schein / LPS is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives in a lean, fast-paced environment
. This role is ideal for a true doer—someone who enjoys building, launching, and optimizing campaigns personally rather than managing a large team.

You will own marketing execution across demand generation, digital, content, and events, working closely with leadership, sales, and external partners.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive qualified leads
• Personally manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Linked In, Meta, etc.)
• Oversee SEO/SEM efforts and content calendars to support pipeline growth
• Manage direct mail and campaign execution end to end
• Own website updates, UX improvements, and conversion optimization
• Utilize Hub Spot for email campaigns, automation, reporting, and attribution
• Create performance reporting and track ROI across campaigns
• Support industry events and trade shows with hands‑on marketing execution
• Partner with sales on messaging and sales enablement materials

• 7–10 years of marketing experience with strong hands‑on execution
• Proven success in small or growing organizations without large teams
• Experience across digital marketing, demand generation, and analytics
• Comfortable managing agencies and vendors directly
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
