Aviation Welder

Job Description

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced Aluminum Welder for an aerospace/aviation manufacturing company in Arlington, TX.

A successful Aluminum Welder will have strong experience welding aluminum components for aerospace applications. This role requires precision TIG welding skills, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong understanding of aerospace welding standards to ensure structural integrity and high-quality finished products.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

• 6:00am to 2:30pm

• Overtime may be available based on production needs

Responsibilities of the Aluminum Welder:
• Perform TIG welding on aluminum aerospace components

• Weld metal parts according to blueprints, specifications, and work instructions

• Ensure welds meet strict aerospace quality and safety standards

• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and defects

• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup before production

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience welding aluminum in a manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred)

• Strong TIG welding skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Required certifications: DSW 17.1 and 17.2

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Clean background required
