Job Description

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced CNC Machine Operator for an aerospace/aviation manufacturing company in Arlington, TX. A successful CNC Machine Operator should have strong experience operating CNC lathes and mills, performing tool setups and offsets, and machining precision metal and aluminum components in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong understanding of machining processes to ensure parts meet strict aerospace quality standards.

Available shifts include:

• Monday through Friday

• 6am - 2:30pm

• Overtime may be available based on production needs

Responsibilities of the CNC Machine Operator:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision aerospace components

• Perform tool setups, changeovers, and adjust machine offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy

• Load raw materials (metals and aluminum) and verify proper machine setup before production runs

• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operation

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation

• Troubleshoot machining issues and communicate with supervisors or maintenance as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies in a manufacturing environment

Required Qualifications of the CNC Machine Operator:

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace experience preferred)

• Hands-on experience operating both CNC lathe and milling machines

• Strong knowledge of tool setup, offsets, and full machine operation

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience machining metals, including aluminum

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts

• Clean background required
