Job Description

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced Aerospace Quality Control Inspector for an aerospace/aviation manufacturing company in Arlington, TX.

A successful Aerospace QC Inspector will have strong experience performing in-process and final inspections on precision metal and aluminum components in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role requires strong blueprint reading skills, hands-on use of precision measuring instruments, and a commitment to meeting strict aerospace quality standards.

Available

Shift:

• Monday through Friday

• 6AM to2:30PM

• Overtime may be available based on production needs

Responsibilities of the Aerospace Quality Control Inspector:
• Perform in-process and final inspections on precision aerospace components

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools

• Verify dimensional accuracy and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards

• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records

• Identify non-conforming materials and communicate findings to production or supervisors

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred)

• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge

• Experience inspecting metal and aluminum machined parts

• Proficiency using precision measuring instruments

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Clean background required
