Large Format Operator

Shift: 2nd Shift 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00

• Pack and seal printing products in the assigned boxes according to size and quantity.
• Operate and learn large format equipment across printing, cutting, fabrication, packing, and shipping.
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
• Measure, weight, and count products and materials.
• Read shipping labels and ensure correct quantity/product packaged.
• Check orders on computers using the company’s database.
• Communicate with the management team to ensure all duties assigned are completed.
• Ensure that a clean and orderly work area is stocked with boxes and packing paper.
• Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Perform scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain efficiency while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills grow and business needs require.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Communicate equipment and material problems with management and vendors in a timely manner.
• Perform scheduled color and image quality tests and notify manager upon found issues.
• Be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and with team members.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in quality work.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Comfortable using computers and related systems.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new processes.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Reliable and takes initiative when needed.
• Physically capable of working in a production environment.
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn machine setup and maintenance.

• Standing/Walking (at least 75% of shift).
• Lifting/Pushing/Pulling up to 50 lb. (at least 50% of shift).
• Bending/Twisting/Squatting (at least 50% of shift).
