This is a full-time position for a CNC Slab Laser Operator at Dieco G2. The role is on-site at our facility located in Arlington TX. Responsibilities include operating CNC slab laser machinery, performing precise machining and milling tasks, monitoring machinery during operation, and ensuring all quality control standards are met. The CNC Slab Laser Operator will also troubleshoot as needed and participate in routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and familiarity with CNC machinery
• Experience with Machining and Milling processes
• Strong understanding of Quality Control methods and standards
• Knowledge of Machinery, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Technical training or certification in machining or related fields is a plus
