Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and electrical systems, is seeking a dedicated Wire Harness Assembler to join their team. As a Wire Harness Assembler, you will be an integral part of the industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Wire Harness Assembler
Location: Arlington, TX
Pay Range: $16.50
Shift: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
What's the Job?- Read and interpret wiring diagrams to assemble organized electrical cable systems
- Cut, strip, and crimp wires with precision and attention to detail
- Assemble components such as connectors and terminals according to specifications
- Perform quality control checks to ensure proper continuity and integrity of wiring
- Follow technical instructions and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronic repair or related field
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of measurements and conversions (e.g., millimeters to inches)
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard certification is a plus; candidates with this will be prioritized
