The Order Selector is responsible for picking, staging, and putting away headlight and taillight units using an order selector. This role is key in ensuring production and shipping departments receive the right materials at the right time. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who’s willing to learn multiple functions and help where needed.

• Operate order selector equipment to pick and put away headlights and taillights safely and accurately.
• Ensure correct identification and handling of lighting units during inventory movement.
• Transport parts and materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Assist in packing finished goods for shipment as needed.
• Perform physical and system inventory transactions accurately using scanning tools or manual tracking.
• Keep staging areas and aisles clean and organized.
• Cross-train and support other warehouse or production tasks such as kitting, sorting, or prepping materials.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors about material shortages, damages, or workflow issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and always use proper PPE.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with order selectors or powered industrial trucks (certification preferred but training available).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various job functions.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse and production floor.
• Exposure to moving equipment, varying temperatures, and occasional dust (PPE provided).
