Production Supervisor - Advanced Materials

We are currently looking to recruit a Prototyping Supervisor for one of our clients based in Texas. Our client is a U.S. technology manufacturer developing advanced materials and magnet systems to support the clean energy transition and domestic manufacturing resurgence.

This position will play a key leadership role within the pilot manufacturing team, overseeing a group of technicians responsible for end-to-end processing of prototype magnets. The Supervisor will coordinate daily operations, manage resources, and ensure production quality, safety, and efficiency across the pilot facility.

• Schedule and manage daily technician activities to meet production goals and project timelines.
• Monitor process performance, product yields, and quality outcomes, implementing corrective actions as required.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures and ensure adherence to standard work practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Support equipment operation and troubleshooting within the pilot facility.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, discipline, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands‑on manufacturing experience, ideally within metal or ceramic processing environments, and prior experience supervising or training technical staff. A practical, hands‑on approach combined with strong organizational and communication skills will be key to success.
