We’re looking for a proven manufacturing leader to launch and lead a brand-new facility in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. This is your chance to shape operations, culture, and success from day one.
What you’ll do:- Lead all plant operations and drive strategic growth.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing team.
- Champion safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, Cap Ex, and cost‑reduction strategies.
- Foster strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in plant management.
- Must have worked starting up a greenfield or brownfield site.
- Experience working within switch gear and power distribution.
- Strong leadership and financial acumen.
- Experience with lean tools and ISO standards.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or similar).
- Ability to travel up to 15% across North America.
