What You'll Actually Do

• Own a critical project:
  Design and implement our scrap blending and charge-building program from the ground up—this is your chance to leave a real mark in your first 30 days.
• Get hands‑on:
  Use cutting‑edge tools (think handheld spectrometers) to ensure perfect chemistry before metal ever hits the furnace.
• Collaborate with the best:
  Work directly with our leadership and production teams to solve casting challenges and optimize alloy performance.
• Grow fast:
  In 3–6 months, you'll have established procedures. Within a year, you could be managing the entire cast house operation.
