Subcontract Manager Senior; Program Execution Team

Overview

You will be the Subcontract Manager Senior for the PAC-3 Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the overall success of the PAC-3 program by managing subcontractors and driving quality, cost, and delivery performance.

• Lead subcontract management to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance of assigned subcontractors.
• Coordinate with program functions to achieve technical, cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Work closely with the Subcontracts Operations Center to ensure program requirements are integrated into purchase orders.
• Brief Lockheed Martin management on supplier performance and program status.
• Collaborate with program functions to resolve issues and drive program success.

• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• Experience in providing high level presentations
• Experience working with material requirements planning (MRP) systems
• Experience in the use of production tooling

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
