We’re looking for a Plant Production Deputy Control & Logistics Manager (PC&L) who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about optimizing supply chain performance. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth operations, driving continuous improvement, and supporting strategic initiatives that keep our plant running at peak efficiency.

• Lead with purpose: Support the PC&L Manager in setting objectives and guiding a high‑performing logistics team.
• Deliver results: Oversee daily logistics activities, anticipate customer needs, and ensure flawless program launches.
• Optimize processes: Manage Sales & Operations Planning (PIC) and Master Scheduling Plan (PDP) to keep production aligned and efficient.
• Build strong partnerships: Enhance supplier and logistics relationships to improve performance and reliability.
• Drive improvement: Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement solutions that boost operational excellence.
• Champion compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental and quality standards (ISO 14001, IATF).
• Empower teams: Support staffing, training, and development initiatives to build future leaders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years of managerial experience in production, logistics, or quality.
• Hands‑on experience in a production environment with a track record of improving processes and KPIs.
• Familiarity with lean principles and plant launch experience is a plus.
