We are currently looking to hire a Contracts Manager for our client based in Dallas, Texas. The role will sit within the Capital Projects team and will play a key part in managing the lifecycle of contracts across major construction and infrastructure projects. Our client is a leading player within advanced manufacturing and energy‑critical projects, currently experiencing a significant period of growth and investment.
Reporting directly into the Director for Construction & Commissioning, this position will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are executed correctly, risks are identified and mitigated, and deliverables are met in line with project timelines. You will act as the main point of contact between procurement, project managers, and external contractors, ensuring compliance and performance are achieved across all capital project contracts.

Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of post‑award contracts including execution, compliance, amendments, renewals, and closeout
- Track, monitor and maintain all capital project contracts through a centralized system
- Work closely with procurement and project teams to ensure all deliverables are captured and delivered on time
- Monitor contractor performance and elevate risks where necessary
- Develop and implement best practice tools and templates for contract management
- Ensure all contract documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in contract management, ideally within capital projects, construction, or infrastructure. A strong understanding of contracts, procurement processes, and project delivery methods is required, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous experience working in industrial settings or holding a contract management certification would be highly advantageous.
