Commercial Cleaning Lead Technician

Service Master Clean -  - Responsibilities:
Site Walkthroughs / Inspections:
Travel to different job sites to conduct regular inspections, assessing and maintaining cleaning quality standards.;
Inventory & Equipment Checks:
Perform inventory checks at site accounts and the warehouse to ensure adequate supplies are available, informing Field Supervisor of low stock.;
Account Coverage:
Maintain assigned cleaning accounts and provide support for other cleaning accounts as needed.;
Laundry:
Regularly visit the laundromat to wash and maintain cleaning cloths and uniforms.;
Supervisor Support:
Ensure all cleaning staff wear the proper uniform, monitor attendance and punctuality, and train staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
