Our client, a full-service firm in Texas, is seeking a licensed Attorney to provide high-quality legal representation across multiple practice areas. This role involves client advocacy, litigation support, and collaboration within a team-oriented, in-office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Communicate with insurance carriers, adjusters, and government entities
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and case strategy
- Manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with staff to ensure effective case management
- Stay current on applicable laws and regulations
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited school
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a caseload with attention to detail
- Professional communication and client-service focus
- Prior experience in workers' compensation or related litigation preferred
