• Complex commercial litigation experience required
• Trial experience
• Demonstrated academic and professional excellence
• Experience on law review, journals, and/or moot court preferred
• Bar admission in Florida, Delaware, and Minnesota a plus
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
